You can always exceed the requirements of the PWS, but never fail to meet the expectations. But please keep in mind evaluation is based on lowest price that meets or exceeds the requirements of the PWS. Please provide your best, lowest-price quote and thank you again for your interest.

The post has been amended, please see Amendment #2 to Solicitation PANMCC-23-P-0000-022264. At a glance: Amendment (2) also adds Required Wastewater Removal Interval: service performed 2 times per week during period of performance. See Amended PWS 1.4.1

Would the government consider the use of a different trailer configuration so long as the ratio of 18 washers and 18 driers is maintained? • No storage capacity was provided for storage or delivery of fresh water, fueling, or disposal of gray water was noted in the SOW. Are we correct in assuming the government will perform these services and that this ask should be treated as a straight set up and rental with no regular service other than emergency maintenance as described in the SOW?

All great questions. The post has been amended, please see Amendment #2 to Solicitation PANMCC-23-P-0000-022264. At a glance: 1. Greywater service specifically requested. 2. Fresh water delivery and storage, necessary to operate laundry equipment, requested. 3. NOTE- Additional explanation of environmental compliance requirements (namely, submit a copy of all permits and/or engine block number, etc., to the KO!) 4.Amendment (2) also adds Required Wastewater Removal Interval: service performed 2 times per week during period of performance. See PWS 1.4.1

Response Received:

The Government will provide Water. The Government will provide a site for grey water disposal (located less than 1 Mile from where equipment will be installed). The Vendor is responsible for emptying any grey water storage from provided equipment into the grey water disposal site.
