Taking into consideration the existing concrete wall and column footings need to be demolished and rebuilt, which will affect the existing concrete floor slab, we recommend it be demolished in its entirety. Please consider. Response: In order to minimize damage to existing floor slab, existing wall footing and columns pedestal could be demolish up to new floor slab bottom elevation. #4 - Requirements indicate to regrade access ramp. We respectfully suggest this also be demolished rather than regraded, and a new access ramp be constructed in its place. Response: Please refer to SOW section 5.6 & 5.7
