Question Submitted:
#1: Due to the design process involved for the new Wash Rack, we believe 90 days for project completion will not suffice. Please consider minimum 180 days. #2: Please provide additional information (ie: size/dimensions) of the ceiling and exterior light fixtures to be installed #3 - Requirements indicate to extend existing concrete floor slab. Taking into consideration the existing concrete wall and column footings need to be demolished and rebuilt, which will impact the existing concrete floor slab, we recommend it be demolished in its entirety. Please consider. #4 - Requirements indicate to regrade access ramp. We respectfully suggest this also be demolished completely rather than regraded, and a new access ramp be constructed in its place.
Response Received:

Response: Projected POP could be extended as needed.

Response: Please refer to SOW section 6.1

Response: In order to minimize damage to existing floor slab, existing wall footing and columns pedestal could be demolish up to new floor slab bottom elevation.
#4 - Requirements indicate to regrade access ramp. We respectfully suggest this also be demolished rather than regraded, and a new access ramp be constructed in its place.
