Are we to total out the full year services at all six sites?

Please go by the scope of work on how to submit your pricing. It needs to be a total for the whole year for all six sites but in your pricing you would have a price breakdown for all six sites when you do monthly, quarterly or annual maintenance.

Is there an incumbent? Please provide the contract number, incumbent name and contract award amount? Can you provide pictures of the gates that will need to be serviced? The SF 1449 is asking for a price breakdown per week but the schedule in the statement of work has the schedule as monthly, every 3 months, every 6 months and annually…can you clarify if the schedule will be weekly for each location? Please note that the line item template also has the price as one line item… Please provide the enclosures as they are not uploaded with the solicitation documents.

Have these units been adequately maintained in the recent past or is this a new request? Can you tell us what models units you have at each location?

Yes we had a contractor last year Key and Fence. listed and referenced in the SOW. Which is Enclosure 1: Door King Operator Manual Series 9150
Enclosure 2: Programming Operations manual Slide Driver MX3630

One of the attachments to these solicitations shows how this is paid through our IPP system that is paid by our Finance Center. You would send in your invoice once a month and it would be one invoice not an invoice per site.
