Please ask the Client if: I) The High-Density System rails will be installed on top of an existing floor with a fire retardant sub floor and ramp or would they like us to provide our rails with concrete forms and form covers for an installation in a new concrete floor pour? II) If they want the material shipped to Doral, FL 33178 in export crates or on pallets that can be loaded into the shipping container? III) Verify that the System and the Shelving will be installed at the work site by Department or currently Contracted personnel.
Response Received:
1. The HDS will be installed on top on an existing concrete floor. You can quote the installation as a separate line item with the form covers.
2. Must ship in pallets ISPM15 Certified
3. It should be installed by de DOS. However, you can quote the installation as well as a separate line item.

We’ve reviewed the SOW and have a question regarding delivery once awarded. Does this statement below mean the entire awarded product must arrive in Doral, FL. In 2 weeks post award? - Awarded vendor must complete delivery at Dispatcher Agency (DA) within 2 weeks after receipt of the award. Please advise/clarify as TAB’s lead-time is greater than 2 weeks. Thank you
Response Received:
The preferred delivery at dispatcher agency should be completed within 60 days after receipt of the award. Its not restricted to that amount of time; if takes longer, there is no problem as long as it doesn’t take too much.
