The SOW requires that the laboratory contractor provides 6,500 swab testing kits for the combined four (4) locations, however it also states that the weekly testing capacity requirement is 300. Please clarify the 300/week vs. 6500 total?? Border Patrol Academy and Field Operations Academy will test on an average of 300 per week, Canine will be reduced to no more than 50 per week. 4. Are there any additional special needs? No, other than having a 34-48 hour turn around on result of kits being mailed to them. 5.. Since laboratory will not be provided with personal information related to each specimen (Name, birthdate, etc.), how will laboratory fulfill CDC reporting requirements? Given this is a Federal testing program will the laboratory be required to report results to the CDC? Name of instructor is provided up front, we use a specific code for each employee that will also be provided to match up to kit. 6. Payment Terms? As kits are received, vendor will invoice and payment made within 5 days of receipt of the invoice. 7. Do you need the lab to provide a collector/swabber to collect the samples at all four locations? No Academies will collect the sample and mail to lab for results.

CBP requires PCR test kits. CBP requires test results within 48 hours of test being sent to the lab.
