Please Confirm dates, It says "Contractor must have availability from 13 October 2023 (Arrival on Thursday – Departure on Friday). Dates are not flexible." But also says - "Thursday, (check-in) 12OCT23 - Friday, (check-out) 13OCT23" Is Check-In Thursday 12OCT23? 2. Are breakout rooms needed on Thursday? 3. Registration Area (needs to be available Saturday 0600 – 1700, Sunday 0600-1700)?? Please confirm 4. Are the vendor tables needed for both days?

QUESTION FROM SELLER: Can you please confirm if you need the general session room on Saturday and Sunday as stated in the statement of work? It appears with the food - you only need food on the 13th which is Friday so just wandering if there are some typos on the statement of work? Thanks! QUESTION FROM SELLER: we have a few questions: the Meeting room requirements: One General Session room on Saturday and Sunday capable of seating 600 people (SET UP IN ROUNDS OF 8) (Friday 06:00 – 17:00). would you like the general session room for 3(three) days from 6:00 to 17:00? would you please give more informations. And for the facility where the meeting is held would like it to be in the same hotel or some place near the hotel? because there isn't alot of hotels that can hold up to 600 people in one meeting room. QUESTION FROM SELLER: We are interested bidders for this opportunity: V--YELLOW RIBBON FOR ARNG GEORGIA, ID: W912JM23Q0001. We have a question: 1-it’s stated in SAM that the Place of Performance: 1000 HALSEY AVE, BLDG 447 Marietta , GA 30060, USA. And in the PWS provided it states that the place of performance: THE FACILITY MUST BE NO MORE than 50 miles of the Savannah Area and must be located in the state of GA. 2-in section G-Food & Beverage, Friday (Adults): it’s doesn’t mention PM BREAK for the adults. But it’s mentioned in (Children/Youth) section. QUESTION FROM SELLER: Can you please confirm if you need us to quote childcare services with this request? I #3 of the statement of work it states "provide lodging, meeting space, dining space, and children's activities". However; no where else in the statement of work does it state providing children's activities, or childcare providers.
