Question Submitted:
We plan to provide a bid for the above buy number; however, I do have a few questions that were not clearly outlined in the PWS. 1. How many weekly maintenance visits are required in this job? 2. For the McChord Pool, since it is seasonal - is the operational date Memorial Day - Labor Day? Or what is considered Seasonal for this pool?
Response Received:
At the minimum one (1) weekly maintenance visit. For the McChord Pool, since it is seasonal - It is the operational from Memorial Day until Labor Day.

Question Submitted:
Will the Government please provide a mechanical inventory (i.e. boilers, pumps, etc.) for each of the pools and their respective locations?
Response Received:
I reached out to the Requiring Activity, they do not have mechanical inventory on file and will try to reach out to MWR if they can create simpler list with larger items. Each of the pools' mechanical room has a slightly different configuration.

Question Submitted:
With a repair services limit of $X,XXXX.XX, how should the contractor estimate possible repairs for the “Over and above” line item?
Response Received:
The government has set the maximum per 12 month POP so this Over & Above CLIN requires only hourly rate of the positions that will be doing the work. This particular CLIN will not be part of deciding Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.

Question Submitted:
The quantity shown is 12, is the unit supposed to be “months” rather than “JOB”? Do we fill in a monthly unit price or an annual unit price?
Response Received:
The quantity shown is 12 for 12 months, we will amend it to one (1) job.
