The Buy is being extended to 12pm, 01 September 2022.

1. Are Scaled Drawings available, if so please post. Attached are the building plans with the door locations highlighted in red. If required, we could provide actual photos of the doors requiring the keypad card readers. 2. Are Ceilings Suspended? Or Hard Lid? The ceilings are a suspended "drop ceiling" design for both buildings. 3. Are there existing Cable Trays for wiring above ceilings? See PWS 4. Can Existing Wiring be utilized? The existing wiring can possibly be reused in Building 10100 but Building 10098 is a completely new requirement. 5. Is a “UPS” required? If so, What Time/Power Duration is required? An Uninterruptable Power Source is required with a minimum two hour duration to allow personnel enough time to secure two facilities in the event of lost power. 6. Are “Or Equal” Equipment substitutions allowed? Yes but must meet requirements 7. Is “Plenum Wire” acceptable? Yes Plenum Wire , Cat 5 or Cat 6, is acceptable 8. Is “After Hours Access” for said work, available to contractor at no add’l cost to the Gov’t? Yes, if required. 9. What is the height of Exterior Cameras? (If any) No exterior cameras are required. 10. Please provide/post other “Q & A” requests. All “Q & A” requests will be posted. 11. Please provide a list of equipment to be installed. See PWS
