If we cannot provide some of the things they are requesting, is that okay? – Ex. we do not have any gold padding.. and our Floor ring posts are not 6 ft tall for the custom ring canvas with “Athena’s helmet” – we would need the artwork sent over, along with the size they would like the image to be on the canvas, in order to provide an accurate quote.. So, should I just quote without any customization for now?
Response Received:
1. We need all listed requirements to be met.
2. Gold padding is not required for posts and padding. Ring floor cover is black.
3. Floor ring posts must be 6ft tall.
4. The logo size should be 5ft by 5ft. We will provide the copyrighted logo after the bid is won. Use the standard Army West Point athletics logo for your draft proposal.
