2) Installation Requirement: Is the intent to have the rubber flooring permanently installed, or are they seeking removable rubber mats?

One concern is the delivery time. It is taking us about 110 days right now. Would that be acceptable?

Delivery time changed to preferred for the 60 days delivery. Vendors can enter alternate delivery times since buy has been updated to preferred instead of required.
