Will the base or the contractor be responsible for supplying the fresh water for the shower trailer operation? Is site water available? Are hand washing stations part of this contract?
Response Received:
1. Hand washing stations are not part of this contract. That was an error in the performance work statement.
2. The Government is responsible for providing fresh water and removal of grey water.
3. The water will be brought to the trailer(s) via a Military Water Trailer.

1.4.1 states Place of Performance as Pickett, VA; is this misprint? 5.5 Would one shower unit with 16 heads segregated into 8 men & 8 women work? 5.8.1 mentions portable toilets and handwashing stations; is this a misprint? Is potable water source provided? or do we have to haul water?
Response Received:
1.4.1 is incorrect, the Place of Performance is FT Drum, NY. 5.5 one 16 shower head unit will work, segregating males and females is not an issue, the unit does not have many females and the units will do a shower schedule to ensure males and females don't mix. 5.8.1 is wrong, should say shower trailers. I will provide an updated PWS. Thanks
