There is 2 types of tables in the attachment. Can you please confirm that are you looking for square shape tables or boat shaped?

The table being procured is the U-Shaped (squared) as outlined in attachment A.
The boat shapes are existing tables and are intended to provide a visual for the vendors in existing materials and construction.

6 ac outlets per table box seems to be too much. As per our experience, there shouldn't be more than 2 ac outlets since there will only be 16 seats. Are you sure you want 6 ac outlets per table box?

The table diagram provided shows only 12 mics and lcr's in the table however the in the requirements document it is mentioned that 16 of both are required. Please confirm the right quantity? 2. Are the table dimensions provided in the picture accurate?
