Due to it being the end of Federal Fiscal year, I am afraid that we won’t be able to get the required past record of performance forms individually filled out in that short amount of time. Originally, when I looked at the bid documents, I thought that we could fill these out ourselves. I have put in over 5 requests to different contracting officers for which we have a great working relationship with but not sure if we will get the required forms back in time. As far as the lead time, we are looking at around 644 days for this particular lift so we won’t be able to meet that requirement.

Hyster, the manufacturer will have to provide special pricing for the request for the “Olive Drab” (#24052 green) paint color and unfortunately I was informed by our government sales rep that this will take 3-5 days to receive. May I ask the buyer if they're would be willing to extend the submission due date further out so that we can submit the Hyster bid with no exceptions to the requirements?

In this bid stated that delivery required in 30 days but manufacturer requirement for delivery is 240-260 days after receipt of order. This is impossible to delivery this equipment in 30 days, Kindly change the delivery requirement for this project.
