We cannot quote option years on the FSII contract, as this contract is expiring 12/31/2023, and we cannot have a PoP date go passed 12/31/2024. If you could please ask them to remove the Option Years and repost we will be able to provide pricing.
Response Received:
This acquisition has been approved for an Exception to the FSII Strategic Sourcing Vehicle due to this very issue. Offerors are encouraged to submit a quote as an open market buy. Option years are in the best interest of the Government, so we encourage offerors to include them where possible.
