If you are still interested in providing a quote for a 150watt machine please do so as if none of the offered solicitations meet the requiring activities specifications they will re-evaluate the original salient characteristics based upon what is actually available on the market. AT that point we will make any corrections needed and resubmit the buy for solicitation.

If your produce does not meet the minimum salient characteristics than it is likely to be bypassed during the technical review of bids. However, depending on what other solicitations are received for review the end user may need to adjust their requirement due to lack of availability or new information learned through reviewing the submitted bids. This may result in the solicitation being reposted and your product now being compliant. Ultimately the decision to submit or not submit a bid is yours.
