There is conflicting dates and requirements for the 4,000 sqft tent. ITEM NO 0006 has dates for Feb 2 - Feb 28 but shows a quantity of 27 days. It also shows the need for HVAC, generator and lights. On page 10 of the solicitation, where it outlines each tent and location, the 4,000 sqft tent identifies dates of Feb 2 - March 05. It also shows "NO" HVAC/GEN/lighting Please advise which one is correct
Response Received:
Correct dates are 02-Feb-24 to 28-Feb-24 (27 Days). It does not require HVAC/GEN/lighting but does require forklift (10K) access. Oversight on my part.

1. items #1,3,7 have gap between the usage dates. Is it expected or allowed for us to leave the material in place during the gap periods? 2. items #8 & 9 do not have tents, only hvac, lights, & generator. Is this going into a building? What are dimensions of the building so that I can determine size of the equipment?
Response Received:
1. The materials can be left in place, however we will not be utilizing them during that time gap and will not be responsible for them outside of the usage dates. 2. For items 8 and 9, the buildings are around 1000 sq ft.
