Since the Gov't is not offering samples of the weave pattern and color samples. Would the Gov't be able to provide the Mill that currently provided this fabric for the Academy and the pricing provided on the last purchase?

I have several Mills that can provide the specification however are requesting to have sample fabric from an old uniform sent to us to compare color and weave pattern. Would this be something that can be accomplished?

It was good talking to you, we can do this product if only they can accept that the greige is from a foreign country and we can dye the fabric here in USA. Please check into this and get back to me. Also find out if they would accept if we made this fabric in Czech Republic.
