It boggles the mind that the government did not change the bidding date. We have not heard of any question being asked or posted as of today.from the walk thru The original specs went from crasiness to a complicated specs.. No supplier will give us a quote in one day minimum one week. More questions need to be answered The crawl space dimensions are not stated Are we crawling in mud or concrete floor. No dimensions for crawl space Provide controls engineering and drawings. This is not a design build projects it is a fixed contract is the controls engineering for room 117 only. What drawing are they looking for need clarification. This is a complicated request it just cannot be in a short time These are just a few there is more but no sense asking since it is bid tomorrow. QUESTION FROM SELLER: Statement of Work Section 2: Scope - Bullet #2 - Please confirm that there is no hot water connection to the new AHU-4, only chilled water connections based on the scope of work and discussions on site? Drawing M-102 shows otherwise. Response See Below

Response Received:

There is no hot water to be used in AHU-4, only chill water. Heat will be supplied from heat strips in the AHU. Electrical for the heat strip will need to be done by other in house personnel.
