Will DHS be providing computers, land line and radios for janitorial staff, PM and Supply Manager
Response Received:
Land line yes no computers or radios are provided. In addition a question was raised about the 113,000. This is an IDIQ lump to be spent on tasks. The contractor will receive RFQ's to charge against that line item.

On the price sheet there is $2,000, and we would like to know if this needs to be added in to our pricing?

Yes. This is for travel expenses.

Can you provide clarification on the $113k amount in the pricing sheet that is required to be turned in
Response Received:
The $113K is Lump sum pricing based off task orders against this line-item number. Such as lock replacement or door repair/replacement. Contractor will submit estimates, when the need arises.

At the site visit it was stated that all proposals needed to use the pricing sheet and that we had to price all the FTE's as stated. There is a total of 23 FTE's. Is it the governments intension that we price using 23 employees?
Response Received:
It’s a GOV recommendation however in the Past HVAC technicians were to be on call such as sub to a different contractor, they were not full time employees and it worked great.
