Floor Protection There is just a tile floor. 5. Does the building require union labor? The building does not require union labor. 6. What Time of the day do you require the install to be done? Between 06:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Thursday. 7. How many stairs will the furniture need to be carried up or down to get to the installation site? The installation will be on the first floor. Actually, you can only deliver during business hours. 2. No loading dock. 3. The truck can be offloaded at the back door of the building. It's about 150-200 feet from the room to the back door. I have access to a fork lift and driver if needed to offload the truck. 5. There are no stairs. 6. No need to use an elevator. 7. Please provide a 200 joule or higher rated surge suppressor per unit. 8. I got with the IT folks on the ethernet cables. Please provide four 25 foot Cat 6 tails terminated with RJ-45 connectors per unit. They must be terminated to the 568B standard. Please add a four port face plate in a convenient location in the cube.

80" is perfectly fine

If you look at the Visio file, you'll see that the measurements are embedded in the file. You must have Visio to see them.

I've tried that, but there doesn't seem to be anywhere to do that on this tool. The room is 30' x 50'. I plan on taking up 30' on the North side of the room and 50' on the south side, so the cubicles need to be able to fit in that space. So I calculate that they need to be just under 10' wide in order to fit. I will attempt again to attach a sketch, but I may have to close this bid out and start a new one.

There will be one run of five cubicles and one run of three cubicles on each side of the room, with doorways facing inward. I am going with L shaped surfaces.

I believe that I mentioned that I need everything including desks, under desk cabinet, overhead storage etc. Please reread the RFQ. I would include a picture, but I don't see any way to do that with this system. I'll try to attach one to the initial RFQ. No guarantees that that will work.
