A potential vendor who is listed in SAM.gov as a small business in their Representations and Certifications Section as a Small Business is qualified.

Response Received:
A) Please clarify what is the Certifying body/agency.
Answer: The term certified doctor has been revised to an accredited & licensed professional regulated by the individual states where they practice. The Quoter shall provide proof of certification for the Government to verify.
B) Please provide a comprehensive list of acceptable certifications.
Answer: Acceptable certifications are as follows: PhD, RN, BSN, DC, MD, DO, NMD.

1. In the interest of providing the training to as many May the 8-hour live seminar be delivered virtually?
2. What is the duration of the follow up meeting? May the meeting be conducted virtually?
3. What are the 3 assessments mentioned in CLIN 003?
4. May licensed clinical counselors provide the training?
5. The government mentions these services have been provided in the past. Please provide the contract number for the previous contracts.
Response Received:
1. It can’t be done virtually since the functionality part of the training is done in the CrossFit area of Yuma Sector. This area is not equipped with the equipment to allow the training to be done virtually. In addition, an instructor in person is needed to assist and overview the techniques of the training. The feedback of the trainees has been they enjoy the in-person environment.
2. The follow up meeting can be done virtually and would be one (1) hour.
3. The three (3) assessments are based on the following topics: a. Depression b. Anxiety, & c. Pain.
4. A licensed clinical counselor could not provide the entirety of the required training.
