I just need some clarification on the photos attached on the bid. For the 2.5” hose assembly the bid calls out a mil-spec MIL-DTL-22240G, however the attached photos do not meet that mil-spec? So are we quoting per the mil-spec or our we quoting based off of the photos? If we are quoting based off of the photos we will need a picture of the layline of both hoses. Please advise.

In regards to this bid I did have a question about the type of end fittings requested. In your bid you are calling out “Male x female Camlocks with crimp sleeves,” however these refueling hoses typically are Male x Female Split clamps (segment style) as the drawing below: Can you verify with the end user if they actually require camlocks and not split clamps?

Does this hose need to meet Milspec requirements?

Do you have anymore details on the assemblies? What kind of hoses are you looking for? What are they being used for?

Our company has planned to bid on the (Solicitation #: N6883622Q0311, Fuel Hoses) but we can not view this buy in our company's Unison Marketplace account therefore we are kindly requesting to remove the Small Business set-aside requirement in order we be able to submit our bid for this requirement.
