Dear Sirs; I have a few questions regarding this bid: Is the place of testing for the aircraft at fort bliss; Can I or should I be present for the test performance; How much time should I plan on for the test; What is the exact test, that will be performed for the pass/fail event; Is this purchase is just for one contract, and is not a pilot for many other ones; On line LI001, LI002, and LI010, shouldn’t the quantity be 2 EA; And on the description of the items required, line LI010, states “LI010 transport case 13, 1, EA”, what does the 13 stand for? On previous governmental contracts I have worked on, you bid as is outlined in the bid notice, and make the total completion of the errors and omissions of the project by change orders. Is this how you work? Also, depending what the dollar size of the project is, I might some financial support

If awarded, are the funds provided before product is received or are the funds needed before hand to purchase to the product. Just need clarification on if we have to have funds available before award is granted. Also what are the deliver expectations after award is approved?
Response Received:
All S2P2 contracts are Net 30, which means the are paid within 30 days after receipt/acceptance and if not they will be paid interest by the government for the days over 30. All contracts are paid after completion of the contract, making sure that the government receives the items in the contract as per the specifications of the contract. This information is provided in the Unison buy under the Buy Terms section which lists WAWF invoicing/electronic payment information. I hope this helps, please do not hesitate to direct them to contact our office with any contracting questions. Our contact information is provided for them under the vendor questions section in the Unison buy. As for delivery expectations, if possible, no more than 60 days.
