For the wrist sweat bands. What weight fabric is preferred? 150? 312? Something in between?

The bottle mock-up in the Fitness PPT is from the Blender Bottle brand, which uses Tritan for its plastic. However, the requirement specifies PET material. Do note that PET is a comparatively softer plastic. Could you please confirm this?
