Since this equipment will be purchase thru a third party PR IVU Taxes does apply, or does the government have a waiver for this purchase that will exclude them from paying PR IVU Taxes on goods?

Does the equipment need to come with any special options such as, Factory applied Anticorrosive treatment on coil, condenser type copper tube and aluminum fins or Micro channel condenser coils, Extended Warranty on complete chiller or compressor only?

Only the condenser copper tubes/Aluminum fins coil requires factory-applied E-Coat treatment for corrosion protection.

Can we quote on the requested control system only, without the supply and installation of the chiller? 2. IS there any additional details for the control system specs?

The only thing we need is the chiller itself. Installation will be done locally, the system is already in place.
