I have been looking for the electric utility vehicle. However if it is electric, it's not enclosed nor have doors and that fits four people. They have two cabin seating. Tesla has a versatile electric utility vehicle but it's not available until the end of the year. That one meets all of what you are looking for. Lastly, I did find a four person-cabin, fully enclosed UV, it has everything else that you asked for but it's not electric. This is by Bobcat. Would you consider this Bobcat that is gas powered as an option?
