The intent of the customer is to hold their event at Snowshoe, if there is only one hotel that meets the requirement then the intent will be to work with that hotel. All meals need to be in a dedicated dining area so that the meals will be for attendees only. All meals including Sunday breakfast should be for 40 members, not 39. It is not the intent of the government to provide any technology requirements for the event.
