Removal of current carpet will need to be included in the price to installation of the new carpet. Prefer tile carpeting. No specified brand or thickness. Needs to be commercial, durable and stain proof.

Tiles would be best. This will make it easier for us to move furniture by area for install. Thickness is not specified. Only request durable/stain resistant commercial carpet. I do not have photos at this time. It's an older office space with multiple offices a conference room and waiting area for clients. There are no apparent sub-floor issues. The current carpet is about 15 years only and will be easy to remove. No mold or asbestos.

The interferences will be removed by my team. We will need to communicate so we can do it by room or areas/sections at a time. You will have full access to the area with no disturbances. You may work and access the area on the weekend. There are no specific hours of work. You will make your teams own schedule. There are no known repairs that need to make on the sub-floor.
