Are you requesting quotes for each location specified in the SOW, or would obtaining quotes from just one hotel situated in Colorado Springs, CO / Savannah, GA / Park City, UT / Scottsdale, AZ be satisfactory? 2. Will a tax-exempt form be provided? 3. Will the meeting space be needed on Sunday the 15th before the workshop start date for a dry run to ensure the audiovisual equipment functions correctly? 4. Is there an estimate on the number of parking spaces needed 5. If parking is not complimentary will guests pay for it themselves? 6. Is there an estimate on how many boxes will be shipped to the hotel prior to the start date? 7. Will we be invoicing in WAWF or through another platform? 8. Are third party travel management companies allowed to respond to this? 9. Do you want the event in just one of the locations listed, or are their 4 events, one in each of the cities listed?
