Can the buyer please provide some details on the services they need. We need the model number and serial number of the equipment, as well as the location, plus more detail on the type of services they are requesting for this equipment, is it only preventative maintenance and a warranty, is there equipment that currently needs repair?
Response Received:
All equipment is currently in good repair, operational, and has received quarterly preventative maintenance. This contract provides preventative maintenance and replacing parts as they either fail or need to be replaced. Personnel providing this service must be able to purchase APC parts to repair and must be certified through APC to perform the maintenance contract. This is not only for the batteries, it covers every part of the APC/UPS within all facilities stated within the PWS.
