We need to know the crossarm cross-sectional size (your customer can provide this, but it can range from 3-1/2” x 4-1/2”, to 3-3/4” x 4-3/4”, or larger. But we can’t guess, we’ll need to know exactly please). Also will the crossarms need to be drilled with a hole pattern? (your customer needs to let you know this as well, sometimes the hole pattern is specific to the customer, sometimes it is common, and common names for hole patterns are Type 03 or Type 05 – but each length of crossarm (in the case below with 8-foot and 10-foot, would have different patterns).
