Question Submitted: Can the USG please provide threat level specifications for the XT1-1 ballistics as well as the set of blade plates? Response Received: ballistic panels should be NIJ Certified Threat Level IIIA and NIJ Certified Spike III Plate

Question Submitted: It is not 100% clear, but is this requirement looking for the front and back plates Level IV or just the vest only? Response Received: The Complete Vest should include the (2) front and back ballistic panels (NIJ IIIA) and the front and back stab plates.
