If not, we will provide other options designed to work anywhere -Based on previous contract, cellular coverage was available in all areas of the base

Battery is the requirement. Tapping into our Equipment Power Sources will require engineer approval and not feasible for uniformity. (Some assets do not have power sources)

What type of vehicles will the devices be installed on? These trackers will be place on Aerospace Mobile Equipment. Similar to the equipment used in commercial airports.

1) Could you please confirm if Item number 001 and 002 are the same product or not? -Lines 001 and 002 two are not the same but are intended to work together. 346 tracking devices with a line of service for coverage of all 346 respective units. 2) Could you please elaborate 'unlimited ping' -Intent for "unlimited pings", is to ensure that the service provided will not charge users if/when a ping is conducted and/or requested. 3) There is no such battery in the market that would last for more than 5+ years having 6 square inch size. -The intent behind a build of less that 6 square inches is to ensure a discreet profile that will house the battery/power source. - The intent behind a 5+ year battery is to ensure that replacement of battery would be minimized.

1) What are they looking to track? Vehicles? Machinery? Objects? -Mobile Ground Support Equipment a. Are the things they are looking to track powered? Can we connect to the power to recharge our GPS units? -Only some of our ground equipment is powered. Tapping into an current power sources is not feasible due to lengthy approval process needed to modify our equipment. b. If there are vehicles, please let us know the types of vehicles included. Are you interested in tracking engine diagnostic information of the vehicles? No automobiles will be tracked. Engine Diagnostics will not be requested. 2) Are the objects always in range of a cellular connection, or do I need satellite enabled units? -Based on past contracts cellular has been proven to be effective. Cellular (4G LTE) is preffered. 3) Please define: Intrinsically safe. Does this refer to the device not creating any sparks? -Affimative, devices must be safe to use in fuel vapor operating conditions. 4) What frequency of updates (pings) are you looking for, or is it just a requirement of tracking on demand as needed? -Tracking on demand is a minimum requirement, and updating when asset it moved is preffered. 5) Will the units need to be tracked indoors and outdoors? -Assets will be tracked both in doors and out doors, but predominately outdoors.

Intent is to ensure that all the 346 tracking units have service capability. Service time frame is estimated to be for an initial 1-year period and service renewal will be contingent on customer satisfaction.

Intent for "battery to last 5+ years" is to limit frequency of changing batteries and the expectation for the initial charge last 5 years. Intent for the Power source for the battery, is the battery in and of itself. Voltage will be determined by the type of GPS tracking unit requirement. Intent for "no larger than 6 square inches" is to encompass a GPS unit, accompanying mounting hardware, and battery.

1) Could you tell me please how many devices does this client plan to track? Client intends to utilize 346 GPS tracking devices, to attach to 346 assets. 2) They need to track people or vehicles? Items being tracked will be similar in design to vehicles. 3) You plan to install the platform to their own servers or they would need our hosting? Installation on our own servers is not feasible, hosting will be required. 4) Will you provide all the tech support for platforms and devices to this company? Client will solely be the end-user and work with company to resolve any technical issues.
