Line 1 Finished Plywood? Plywood comes in like grade B, CDX, BC, Birch, etc. Line 2 2x4's? How long? What Grade? Treated? SPF #2 (most common) Line 5 Ready mix concrete. 101 yards is a bunch! That is ten or more concrete trucks. Do you want it all at once? Do you want it in 10 yard batches, which still may be a bunch depending on the skill of the concrete finishers and what you are pouring. Such as sidewalks & curbs vs a single slab 6 inches thick that is 75 feet by 75 feet. The quantity needs to be called out per delivery. A load of ready mixed concrete is expensive be it 3 yards or 10 yards. Lines 7, 8, 9 CMU Blocks. CMU is a standard concrete block that you go buy at Lowes / Home Depot. Then, Hollow Core is asked for, insinuating that maybe the other blocks are solid?? Line 12 Washer With the similar line items (bolts & nuts) are you trying to use these to anchor something in the concrete? If so, use a J-bolt w/washer & nut. If not the most common washer standard is USS. Like 1/2" USS flat washer. Line 14 1/2" thick steel plate 48"x48". Each one weighs 326 pounds, that's a lot to manhandle around. If that is the thickness wanted, are you going to need a 3/4" diameter hole torch cut, centered along one edge, 1-1/4" down from the edge for lifting / rigging purposes? Line 17 C-channel Are you looking for pieces that are 18 inches long? Saw cut? Torch cut? Lines 18 & 20 It seems like they are asking for bags of concrete, not a cement truck. If it is bags of concrete, what weight bag? An 80 pound bag is the most bang for the buck, but they are hard to maneuver. 80 pound, 60 pound, 50 pound??
