QUESTION FROM SELLER: Can you please reconsider the lead washers' specifications? you would need something bigger than a 2 x 2 to punch a 1.25” hole. Not enough surface area, the plate will bow.
Response Received:
Technical POC has indicated that it is ok if the washer bows when punching the holes in the lead washers. The washers are meant to be flexible.

QUESTION FROM SELLER: Please provide more information on lead washers. Any drawings?
Response Received:
Please see Specifications paragraph 2.2 which states the following:
Lead washers shall be square 2”x2”, 1/8” thick, with punched holes. Punched holes shall be centered with diameters 1-1/4” and 13/16” for MK F103D and F200D, respectively. Lead washers shall meet the material requirements of ASTM B749.

Are these parts plain finish or hot-dip galvanized?

The Technical POC has advised all parts are plain finish. Nothing is hot-dip galvanized (HDG).
