The customer will not need additional water filtration kits. Installation is not required.

The User does require these as it is in the buy ant the end of the description.

Is there a loading dock? is there equipment to off load the equipment? what are the ID requirements for base access? will installation and setup be required?

Yes, there are loading docks. yes, there is equipment such as forklifts to off load any equipment. The base has fallen under the real ID act and requires a passport or if from washington state an enhanced drivers license. installation and setup is not required.
