Is there a height restriction for a delivery truck on Fort Knox KY? Is there a Dock, or will a liftgate be required? Are the safes going to be delivered on the main floor or on separate, floor(S)? Is there a freight elevator? Will these safes be placed inside of a room? Do the rooms have standard openings? Will the pathway of the inside delivery entail carpeting, or any special protection/needs? Do the safes need to be taken off the skids and the debris removed?

Response Received:

The height restriction on Fort Knox is 14 feet (Brandenburg gate). There is a dock but a lift gate will be required. Some of the safes will be delivered to the main floor and some will be delivered to the 2nd floor. There is a freight elevator. The safes will be placed inside rooms with standard openings. The pathway throughout the building entails carpeting. The safes will need to be taken off the skids and the debris removed.
