Posibility to extend the due date and visit site?
Response Received:
Unfortunately that's a no to both. The ship is currently underway and the work is scheduled to start the week the ship returns to homeport to allow workers time to work on the areas while there are fewer crewmembers onboard.

Questions from Hidenis Group
Response Received:
1. Can you provide us the SDS sheets of the current polymeric flooring and existing underlayment? I do not have the SDSs for the flooring or underlayment. It’s standard MILSPEC Polymeric decking with a colorflake topping as specified in the SOW. 2. Do you want rubber cove base? Install rubber cove base if it was already installed in the space. Rev 1 of the SOW attached. 3. Do you have pics showing condition of existing deck covering? Not able to take/download pictures right now. 4. In SOW, 3.2.1 says power tool all deck areas to bare metal but 3.2.2 states to retain existing underlayment, if we go down to bare metal, it means all the underlayment has to be removed. Can you confirm which the cutter wants? Power tool to bare metal and install new underlayment. Rev 1 attached. 5. 3.2.2 Part two states, "Install the same but thicker underlayment of 1/2 to 3/4 inch on the primed surface over tanks and hot machinery spaces instead of insulating underlayment where specified or required". To ensure uniformity across the flooring, we either have to maintain 1/2" thick underlayment or 3/4" underlayment, we can have both on the same floor. Its best to match existing thickness or fully replace underlayment on all deck areas to 3/4" thick underlayment. Can you provide some guidance? Fully replace underlayment. If the space is over a machinery room or tank, ensure the underlayment is ½ to ¾” thick to insulate the compartment.
