Thank you for taking my call today. We are very interested in bidding the wood crates for Yorktown. I have made several calls trying to locate the Copper 08 preservative. Many of the places I contacted no longer use the product since it is so toxic. Will commercially available pressure treated preserved lumber and plywood be acceptable? Do we need to have the containers POP tested in order to comply with line 2 of the bid?

Q1-Will commercially available pressure treated preserved lumber and plywood be acceptable?
A1- Yes.
Q2- Do we they need to have the containers POP tested in order to comply with line 2 (Performance Oriented Packaging (POP)) of the bid?
A2-Yes, the containers are used to store warheads so PoP certifications/stamps are required
