Question Submitted:
1. Please reference Line # 004: The part number specified in this line has been discontinued. Assuming that this pendant kit is for the wall mounts listed in Line 003, then the updated part number is TP3103-E. Is it acceptable to quote the TP3103-E for Line 004? 2. There are twelve (12) new P3265-LVE dome cameras to be installed on this project, but only three (3) mounts have been specified (i.e. Lines 003 & 004). Please describe how the existing cameras (at these three specific locations) are currently mounted, and explain why their current mounts are not feasible to be reused. 3. There is no language in this RFQ to indicate that any other work is required other than replacing existing cameras with new cameras (one for one) and configuring the system. However, Line 001 includes a 1,000 of Ethernet cable. What is the purpose of this cable? Is the contactor required to install new cabling and raceways to a camera location that currently does not exist? If so, much more information and detail is needed in order to responsibly quote this project. 4. Language in the RFQ indicates that a lift will be required. What is the height of the highest outdoor camera? Are there any outdoor locations that will require a lift with "up and over" capability (such as a boom lift)? Or can the contractor simply drive directly underneath each camera and raise up (i.e. scissor lift)? Please describe the ground (terrain) that the lift will have to traverse over outdoors. What is the height of the highest indoor camera? Are there any indoor locations that will requires a lift with "up and over" capability (such as a boom lift)? Or can the contractor simply drive directly underneath each camera and raise up (i.e. scissor lift)? What type of flooring is indoors and will the contractor be required to take special precautions (i.e. non-marking tires or laying plywood or laminate under the tires/travel-path, etc.)?

Response - All exterior camera are accessible by scissor lift (exterior) or ladder (interior) the height is approximately 40 ft from the ground. The indoor cameras are approximately 11 feet 6 inches (ceiling/walls). The indoor flooring is carpet generally so would need to be protected from marking/marring.
