Your description has lots of details, however, the specific model number's capabilities do not meet the requirements: - it cannot utilize 120V power. Since this is a pricey item, we wanted to make sure the pricing of the RU-150-12 meets your solicitation requirements. - we did not see a final answer on the acceptability of purchasing a non-domestic product. With the relatively low cost for the solicitation, is the KO waiving all "Buy American" provisions, including the Berry Act? We are still obligated to "buy American"; regarding the specifications, they were taken from manufacturer site, which states, "120/220". This model was chosen to match the power supply in the buildings.
