Response Received: The Guidance and requirement are stated in the performance work statement. Per Performance Work Standard, The Location is the 193D SOW - Air National Guard Middletown, PA.

Question Submitted: You mentioned in the site visit that no water will be available for use. Is that including base hydrants as well? Response Received: Yes, no Base water supply will be used to rinse out/clean out, or refill. This includes the Base fire hydrant system.
