Line item 005: Could you clarify whether the customer needs a steamer that can fit 10 pans in each compartment for a total of 20 pans or just 10 pans? The Cleveland 24CGA10 is most in line based on your current description. Did you have a specific item in mind? Please advise. Line item 006: Does this need to have a total work surface 24" with the casters included, or is it a 24" high table + caster height? Will long lead times be acceptable? e.g. the Vulcan VG40-NAT is on back order for 18-20 weeks.

The total number of pans is 10. The total height of the table is 24" +the caster height. we are willing to wait up to 180 days for items to be delivered.
