Would it be possible to offer another manufacturer with some slight differences? Would a 3 cylinder engine be acceptable instead of 4? Would a leaf spring axle be acceptable instead of torsion spring? Would an idle speed of 1650 RPM be acceptable instead of 1700 RPM? Would a dry weight of 2200 lbs be acceptable instead of 1860 lbs?
