Question Submitted: May we substitute whole milk in a 4.5 gallon bags for the 6-gallon bags? Response Received: We are willing to accept 4.5 gallon bags. Please be sure to label this correctly on your bid. We've got to be sure that we're comparing the exact same number of gallons. Be sure that the total number of gallons provided is what we're requesting.

Question Submitted: Would you accept our bid on even though our product packaging does not include a Kosher symbol even though we are Kosher Certified? Response Received: Individual milk MUST be marked as Kosher.

Question Submitted: If there is an incumbent, can you please provide the contractor's name? Response Received: This used to be an intergovernmental purchase, so there was no incumbent. We will be soliciting for milk every quarter at the same time as our quarterly Form 10 from now on.
