Line 4-6 Physical Fitness Long Pants. What is the 1/4 zip referring to? with elastic waistband and legs, where is the zipper?

This means at the end of the pants 1/4 Zip. The purpose is for easy access to the shoes. Like a Basketball pants or Running Pants.

I see a photo of the cap, gloves, and PT belt, but not seeing this as a line item. Do you want pricing for those items as well? If so, please add and allow more time to perform market research if possible.

By the stitch I meant, the sewing stitch used to sew the sleeve to the main part of the shirt. On the silver/grey shirt, you can see the double stitch on the outside of shirt. Or does it not matter?

This is for international students so with that said the best looking on shirt at your discretion but again looking for durability and quality.

Do you want the same stitching on the dry-fit shirts as in the pic? Also, can you give the fabric content you are looking for the jacket, sweatpants, and shorts?

Fleece/Polyester Fabric Polyester Jacket need to be water/Wind proof insulated; Long Pant need to be water/wind proof insulated. T-Shirt they are not stich they are screen printed on T-shirt since Jacket is thicker that normally will be stitch.

Hi, while the WHINSEC logo provided is in color, is all silk screening to be just as in the pictures with no color? Also, can you confirm that all logos are to be silkscreened? It's not clear on the backpack photo if that one is embroidered.

Logos can be silk screening or embroidered but to keep low cost I will say silk screening.
