I am trying to put in the worst time of the 4 weeks 120 days) and the system will not take it. If I input the 90 days (3 weeks) and it takes longer will I be allowed the 1 week extension?

Is this acceptable for the range or must it operate at a minimum of 100+ hours on all settings?

Buy American Statute only applies if over the Micro Purchase Threshold. Would you consider imported headlamps if under the Micro Purchase Threshold as stated in the FAR?

Under seller requirements is a request for a signed copy of the solicitation (see below), which usually isn't completed until after the award. Can you confirm if 1) the solicitation needs to be completed in full with all clauses and information filled in, 2) a signature and date on the first page is acceptable, or 3) this should be completed upon award of the contract?
