Line item 004 requests a width less than 60 inches whereas item 002 allows for under 65 inches. Is item 004 meant to be 65 inches as well?

Line item 004 can be under 65 inches as well, I will amend the specifications and extend for a few days to allow for more responses.

With the uncertainty surrounding the required spec, would it be possible to extend this solicitation?

I am working to get you answers with the units to the previous questions asked now. I will respond to others as soon as they let me know. This has been out for two weeks so it is not likely I will extend it unless there are no responses.

Line item #1 specifies that "Front and Rear need to be the same size for spare tire needs." Will the end user be accepting if a front wheel can be used as a spare on both the front and rear? Also, a spare tire is not listed as a needed accessory. Does the government want a spare tire to be quoted for this unit?

For line item #1, they are just asking that all tires are the same size. If a spare tire comes with the unit that is great but not needed as an additional quoted item.

Line item #2 specifies Selectable 4wd/6wd. Does the end user want a 6x6 UTV for this requirement?

Yes, the end user is wanting a 6x6 for Line item 2 and 4.

I would like to know if you are looking for any particular brand names such as John Deere, Kubota, Honda, etc.

It is not necessarily brand specific just a brand/model that would meet the requested specs.
