There is not a dock available for offloading so the product will be offloaded to a street level surface. Personnel will be available to move product indoors (not sure how quickly) but they will be available. The area for offload is not covered so I will ensure hand trucks/dollies and manpower is available.

The Hutch unit will need to have doors, the doors don't need to be lockable but it would be nice if they were. The hutch does not need to have lights but should have a solid back. Only 1 pedestal is required and should be able to be used on either side. 1 pedestal per L unit is sufficient. The Pedestal does need to have at least 1 lockable drawer.

There is not a loading dock available - all offloading will be done at street level.

Assembly and Installation is NOT required and should not be included in the quote. Off load of disassembled desks/parcels is required only.

20 desks should be approximately 66W x 70D x 66H (clerk desk) and 10 desks should be approximately 71W X 70D x 66H (Supervisor/Lead). Same color, same style. Would like the Supervisor/Lead desk slightly longer than the clerk desk but same design and style with same style and color as hutch and pedestal.

There is not a pre-manufactured model that I'm particularly thinking of, however the dimensions and type need to be exact. L shaped desk that is 66" deep with a hutch and a three drawer lockable pedestal. The other desk would be similar except for it would be a little deeper at 71". The 66" desk is for clerks and the 71" is for the Leads/Supervisors. The type and color of wood/laminate would need to be dark chocolate but not black and not light brown. Trying to match some existing furniture as closely as possible. Additionally, the desk MUST be reversible in that the return could be on the left or right side.
