I was trying to take at look at the bid packet but it was not downloading from the site you listed below. It looks like the project is calling for a collapsible gangway which is something we cannot fabricate. Is there a floating dock portion as well?

Sorry we are just looking for a collapsible brow/gangway - It will go from the cutter to the pier - no floating dock portion.
